A. Our services are tailored to your specific needs. Our experienced design team is capable of creating different designs based on your requirements and even making samples. We can customize not only the tags and logos but also the design and packaging, as per your request.

Q. Could you please let me know what the minimum order quantity that you can accept is?
A. MOQ varies by product category and is specified on product pages.

Q. Can I get a sample before the bulk order?
A. To check the quality, you can request a sample before bulk order. Samples take 7-10 days and are free, but transportation costs are on you.

Q. Do you offer the best prices?
A. Our prices are the best in the market. We encourage you to compare them with other suppliers.

Q. What is the expected delivery time for my ordered product? What is the product delivery period?
A. The shipping options determine the transportation time required for delivery. If you choose air freight, the transportation time will be between 4 to 7 days. On the other hand, ocean freight will take between 30 to 45 days. If the products you desire to order are in stock, you will still need to add transportation time to it. We can produce up to 100,000 quantities of products in a month. Therefore, depending on your order size, you will have to add another 7 to 30 days of production time to the transportation time.

Q. Could you please let me know which payment options are available?
A. We accept various payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, T/T, PayPal, Stripe, Western Union, and more. You can pay us in your local currency.

Q. Could you please inform me about the payment terms that you offer?
A. Please note that the prices displayed for each product are FOB prices. This indicates that you are responsible for the transportation costs of the product you have ordered. To begin the order process, you will need to pay 70% of the total order amount at the FOB price. The remaining 30% of the payment will be required before shipment, along with any transportation costs.

A. At Supplyjet, we advise you to send inquiries before placing a final order. The process is simple: fill out an inquiry or order form.

Q. How can I make a payment for the product that I have ordered?
A. We provide our customers with the option to make payments easily through email or messages.

Q. What are the guidelines to be followed when dealing with a large order?
A. Regarding the large order, we suggest that you consider opening a Letter of Credit (L/C). However, we recommend that you split the entire order into several milestones. By dividing the large order into several parts, we can alleviate the pressure on both sides. Instead of delivering the entire order at once, we can deliver it partially from the beginning. This means that you do not need to pay for the entire order at once, but only for each milestone that we create. This process will significantly reduce your financial risk. Additionally, quality control will be much easier, and we can work together more effectively and be on the same page.

Q. Is it possible to cancel an order while it is being processed?
A. It’s impossible to predict what will happen in the future, and sometimes unexpected obstacles may arise in business. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel an order, we suggest that we come to a mutual understanding about it. However, once we receive payment and have already started working on your order, we won’t be able to cancel it. If you are planning to cancel a large order, we encourage you not to activate a new milestone.

Q. I would like to know if it’s possible to receive a refund for the cancellation of my order.
A. We can provide a refund for a successfully canceled order through mutual agreement.

Q. What is your production capacity?
A. One hundred thousand units can be produced monthly, depending on the product category.
